Janice has been in the restaurant business for over 35 years. She is a graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute for the Culinary Arts (PICA).

Her past work experience includes the Duquesne Club, Concordia Club and the Westin William Penn. She has been at the Sewickley Speak Easy for the past sixteen years.
